We live in Florida and because of the humidity and hot temperatures you need to be aware of some household tips, and, that you are responsible for the monthly maintenance of the air conditioning system- or suffer the consequences and live without it and/or pay for the damages it may cause. A Google search is the best way to find questions on You Tube or other videos.
